CASA Matters
From the director's desk...
Here at CASA, we believe that every child deserves a safe and permanent home in which they can thrive. More than that, CASA believes that every child deserves someone in their life that knows their eye color. At the National CASA Conference in Grapevine Texas this past June, Ashley Rhodes-Courter, a former foster youth and CASA kid spoke about her experiences with the system. She talked about getting her case files and how something stuck out to her. There were hundreds of files attached
to different case workers, doctors, therapists and only one person got her eye color right.
Her CASA. Not only do we advocate for children to be in a safe placement with necessary services, but we also believe that children should not be viewed as case numbers.
Thank you for your support of our program and dedication to the CASA kids!
Together we can, and do, make a difference. One child at a time.

Protect Our Kids - Lunch & Learn
It seems as if you can't turn the television on or browse the internet without coming across an article or video about a child or children being left alone in a hot vehicle.  Sadly enough,  the result for some has been fatal.  So the question is, what is your responsibility if you see this?  Is it your business?  Join us for lunch and "Let's Protect our Children" Learn more or Share the Flyer
