Marina at the Center of Future Redevelopment

I am excited to share some information about our future redevelopment at Ed Huck Marine. Our project includes upgrades to our marina's common areas and facilities and a 40-unit residential component located west of the marina on our Scenic Lodge property.

Ed Huck Marine remains first and foremost a marina providing 1000 Islands boaters the finest docking, storage, sales and service. We are committed to the marina business and that will not change. EHM's investments will improve all aspects of those four pillars of our marina business and create opportunities for future employment. The condo development will complement the marina.

The residential condo project currently proposed to our Township consists of five buildings, three stories high. Our intention will be to construct in three phases over a period of three years during the winter months to ensure there is virtually no disruption to your summer boating. At this time, we do not have occupancy dates, pricing or the ability to presell. We will, however, continue to update you.

If you would like to learn more about our redevelopment and/or are interested in viewing the renderings of our plans, please email me.
