As I sit writing this I'm listening to the ever-changing weather forecast. Yes.....the season is a changin' and so are things at Fish Tales.

If you've been in the shop, or visited our website or facebook page in the past couple of weeks you've seen the news.... We are expanding. We have taken over the bay directly west of us and are in the midst of renovations. To that end, this newsletter is to let you know about upcoming changes to our schedule and a short-term closure to finish things up.

Join Fish Tales staffers at Bankside in Fish Creek Park for this free session designed to give folks an introduction to spey tactics. We will have a selection of demos on site as well as our Scandi and Skagit line kits from Airflo and Rio. This is part of our Sunday seminar series and will start at 1 p.m. Dress for the weather.

Renovations/Expansion

We are very excited about our imminent expansion. Renovations are now happening very quickly and will be affecting operations over the next 10 days or so.

October 2 - floor installation on the new side completed.
October 3 & 4 - dividing wall removed.
October 4 - CLOSED at 4 p.m.
October 3 through 8 - Inventory relocated to new space in preparation for flooring going in to current space on October 9 & 10. Open for business unless otherwise noted.
October 7 & 8 - CLOSED Happy Thanksgiving!
October 9-12 - Winter Hours and Limited operations as we complete renovations in our current space. Limited access to fly tying materials, lines, and reels.
October 12 - Return to regular operations.
October 20 - Fall Customer Appreciation Day and Grand Re-Opening!
October 21 - Spey-O-Rama

We apologize for the disruption to our regular operations and look forward to seeing all of you in our expanded space in the near future.
