Viking Yachts

Last year 4,305 people passed through the Viking Yachts' display during the five days of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. This year with the world premieres of the new Viking flagship, the 92 Enclosed Bridge Convertible, the 75 Motor Yacht and the 52 Sport Tower similar crowds are anticipated, but this is only part of the story as nearly 1,000 feet of new Vikings will be displayed.

Besides these new introductions, our display also will feature our entire product line from 42 to 92 feet including this Viking 42 ST topped with a Palm Beach Towers' custom sport tower. An ideal day boat with a two-stateroom interior for overnight cruising, a command bridge deck and a functional cockpit for fishing and water sport activities, this popular model also features fuel efficient Cummins diesels matched to the Zeus pod-drive propulsion system.

Moving into the mid-size range, our 55 Convertible is a strong persuader for owners who yearn for an excellent performing tournament contender, with above average cruising accommodations for the family. The three-stateroom, two-head layout provides comfort and privacy, and the salon and galley abound with Viking's legendary attention to detail.  Powerful MAN V12 1550 CRM common rail diesels deliver a mid 30 knot cruise and a 40 knot top end.

Viking
's enclosed bridge models like this 62 EB provide the outstanding performance of our open bridge convertibles with a climate controlled helm easily reached from the salon, as well as from the mezzanine deck. The bridge serves as a virtual second salon with enticing amenities including a Stidd helm seat, companion seating, a raised L-shape lounge with a mappa burl cocktail table, a refrigerator, and an entertainment system. A strategically located pod-style docking station at the flying bridge overhang is standard.

The
Viking 70 Convertible is the hottest ticket on the tournament fishing scene. Whether trolling 140 miles from the inlet, or where the nearest land is a mile beneath the keel nothing is left to chance in its mission as a blue-water competitor. Incredibly fast and luxuriously appointed, it has no equal.

See these Viking models and the rest of the fleet built in America with experience and pride at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, October 30 through November 3, 2014.
