Automatic Emails These are the public version emails that are automatically mailed out to your Contacts in a listing feed format, which includes both the new and updated listings (top of the list) as well as the previously emailed listings (will retain a maximum of 200). Prospecting Event 'You (sender)' Option Email This email is what is received when you select to receive a copy of an automatic email. This email is sent to you when the automatic email for the event is generated for the search. It is sent out at the same time the Contact email is sent. For more information, please review the

Return Receipt Notification Email This email is what is sent to you (the agent) when a Contact clicks the listing link in a sent email (automatic or manual). This is also referred to as a return receipt. For more information, please review the

Preview Mode Email This email is what is sent to you (the agent) when there are new or updated listings for a Contact's prospecting event
if you have that option selected. In order for the Contact to receive any of the listings, you must approve them. Approved listings will automatically be sent directly to your Contact. For more information, please review the
