The FlexMLS system updates that Metro MLS has been communicating to all members in the past month will be going 'live' early Tuesday morning, March 24th. 

** Please note: the system will be unavailable for a period of time on Monday evening after 7:00 PM to prepare for the update.**  
 
Listing input and maintenance will be unavailable from March 23rd, 7:00 pm to March 24th, 4:00 am as a result of this system-wide update. Please be prepared for this event by taking care of printing needs and listing maintenance Monday afternoon.

The Delayed status feature is not quite ready. Watch for the Delayed status to be available within a few days following the Tuesday update.
