for Students on the Autism Spectrum

The Asperger/Autism Network (AANE) and New England AHEAD are excited to bring the expertise of authors Dr. Jane Thierfield Brown, Yale University and Dr. Lorraine Wolf, Boston University, to High School and College Professionals working with students on the autism spectrum.


Come learn new ways you can help your students prepare for a smooth transition to college. A panel of college services professionals will also answer questions. 

Dr. Wolf and Dr. Brown will present and include time for Q&A.

You will leave with a better understanding of issues (in both high school and college) that impact a successful transition to college.

  • Emerging student academic and social responsibilities
  • Strategies to promote student independence and self advocacy during high school and in the college environment
