"It's the MOST wonderful time of the year!!"

We Salute Our Wonderful, Brave Troops!!!
The staff at Global Neuro and Spine Institute send this loving message to all our troops deployed overseas this Holiday season:
"We may not know you personally, but we know you are making a significant difference! We deeply appreciate your commitment to America's freedom and the well being of all her citizens, worldwide. You are also defending the cause of life and freedom for those who cannot defend themselves. NEVER doubt that what you do really matters. Your country is behind you and waiting with open hearts and arms for your return!"
Holiday meal away from Home
A retired serviceman remembers...and offers compassionate understanding:
"During my twenty years of military service I was fortunate enough to spend only a couple of (holidays) overseas, away from my loved ones. Even during those holiday seasons I was assigned to peacetime duties...among people who loved and respected America and our way of life.
Thus, I cannot even begin to fathom the emotions that tens of thousands of our brave men and women serving in hostile territory-among people who would do them and us harm-must be feeling as they attempt to celebrate this most joyful...of all holidays.
Thousands of them are spending their second or third Christmas far from home, away from their fathers, mothers, wives, husbands, sons and daughters, brothers and sisters. Many newlyweds are spending their first Christmas as a married couple, thousands of miles away from their new wife or husband.
Many others, Dads and Moms, are spending this holiday season away from their young, precious ones; for many it would have been their first Christmas together as a new family. Some have not even had the chance to see their newborn, to hold him or her in their arms. I do know for a fact that every American will be thinking of them throughout the holiday season, praying for them, thanking them for their sacrifice and wishing them as Merry a Christmas as possible. Most of all, Americans will be wishing them a safe and speedy return home, to their loved ones..."   ~ Dorian de Wind
"...if only in my dreams!"
This beloved song, produced in 1943 and memorialized by Bing Crosby's recording, became the most asked for song during WWII, in both the European and Pacific theaters. Today, we have tens of thousands of men and women serving America all over the globe, most of whom are risking their lives, for us. We dedicate this to them. And also to those of you who, for whatever reason, no longer have that "home" you once cherished to go home to during the holidays. May we all be uplifted together!
