The open house will be free form, any one is welcome to bring music, gear or ideas to explore. Last open house had a bonanza of music titles exchanged. Doug introduced the group to MonkeyMote. Good listening and good fun. 

 

This month one topic is record care - cleaning and storage. Gabe will bring his DIY record cleaning machine to demo. So I have a stack of records ready ;)

 

Lately every Jazz record I pickup has Ron Carter playing bass. Some of Ron's lines will be qued up. Ron has played on over 2,500 albums. So if all his albums where placed end to end, would they reach the moon? Lori is doing the math...

 

We will have non-alcoholic drinks and some snacks. You are welcome to BYOB.

KEF speakers are wonderful. I am very happy with the sound at every price point. The $650 Q300 are so good. The R series could be the stopping spot for many happy music lovers. I would not suggest listening to the LS50, unless you want to take them home.
