The Conference will bring together high-level policy makers, decision makers and practitioners from education, business and  will government, including Jack Onyisi Abebe, UN Women, Eastern and Southern Africa Region, Laurie Butgereit, Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University among others, and various stakeholders who in one way or the other involved in designing, implementing, providing, financing, supporting, certifying and managing learning in Africa, for a unique discussion about technology and education and training for development
