Join Indo-American Heritage Museum this Sunday f or  a special afternoon with the artists at their joint art exhibition  Migrating Visions  at the Swedish American Museum.

INDIRA:   Her Indian roots emerge in sculptural forms,
utilizing recycled materials that address issues
of permanence and decay, strength and vulnerability

KARL:  With roots in Sweden, his multilayered designs incorporate  the rhythm and beauty,
chaos and inconsistencies of nature's dynamic systems.

Together, they feed one another's creative energy.
Come hear their insights into how their cultural backgrounds have influenced their art practice for over four decades.

Event includes:
Exhibition viewing
Moderated discussion with the artists,
led by art curator Lise McKean
Dance performances by Mandala Performing Arts
and Nordic Folk Dancers
Indian snacks and Swedish sweets
