Nick Ellis (G - Pomfret School, High School East), Joseph Vuolo (F - TPH Thunder, AAA), Adam Wilcox (F - Wichita Falls, NAHL), Zach Yoder (D - TPH Thunder, AAA) were all noted on the list that was released last week. The list is used as a starting point for NHL scouts as they begin preparations for the upcoming entry draft.

Ellis - from Maryland - is a junior at Pomfret and has accepted a scholarship to Providence College upon graduation. Wilcox is in his first year in the NAHL with the Wichita Falls Wildcats in Wichita Falls, TX and both Vuolo and Yoder have helped the TPH Thunder to a strong start in the Tier 1 AAA Elite League.

"It is a great honor for these players to be included on the NHL Central Scouting players to watch list and a nice boost for them to start the season," said Elite Edge program director Brandon Walker. "It is also nice for our program to continue to develop players that are being noticed at this level. There are many others also worthy of consideration and will all hopefully get noticed in the future."

Elite Edge has had two players drafted to the National Hockey League - Ty Biggs (22nd overall to Toronto in 2011) and Nick Dowd (198th overall to Los Angeles in 2009).
