Treat your beautiful little butterfly to a night of dancing, pizza and activities. Make this a Father's Day event to remember as you rock the night away with a DJ and butterfly surprises! During the month of June, the Park District is promoting "Swim Safe at the St. Charles Park District" to kick off the summer swim season. It is an initiative to promote fun and safe practices while swimming. Once a week drop-in Splash'n classes will be offered as an opportunity to try some of the aquatic programming offered by the District. There will also be daily pop-up Splish'n activities offered to emphasize fun and safe practices while enjoying Swanson Pool and Otter Cove Aquatic Park. Come check out to the Splash'n Classes and Splish'n Activities for your chance to win a prize. Daily admission fees apply.

Experience the exciting world of Minecraft® using LEGO® bricks this summer! Kids will start by crafting shelters, mob characters, critters and tools using LEGO® bricks. Students will face new challenges each day, building models and crafting key elements from the popular Minecraft® game. Specialized model plans incorporate gears, axles, motors, battery packs, remote controls and other technic LEGO® components. All campers will go home with a custom mini-figure at the end of the week!

Each student will gain knowledge on all aspects of sewing machines, laying out and pinning patterns, cutting and constructing garments, designing and applying embellishments and much more! Campers will learn all about the proper ways to groom, tack and handle horses. In the saddle you will learn the basics of riding at the walk and trot. Campers will learn tons of cool information about breeds, colors, markings of horses and more! Games and other activities will be done as well! Come out and meet some new friends and the horses! Riders should wear jeans or Jodhpur pants and hard soled riding or hiking boots with a small, low heel. Bring an approved riding helmet or bicycle helmet and a sack lunch! Juice boxes or bottled water will be provided. Held at Dunham Woods Farm.

Basic Junior Golf Clinic

Designed to introduce juniors to the game of golf! Learn the basics of the golf swing, etiquette, rules and safety. This is a minimal golf ball hitting program with a greater emphasis on proper grip, stance and types of shots such as putting, chipping, short irons and long irons. Clubs provided if needed. Advanced Junior Golf Clinic

Summer Basketball League
Grades 1-5

Players have a positive experience as this non-competitive approach enables all children to play without the pressure of winning or losing. Teamwork and sportsmanship are emphasized while practicing and playing games. Instruction skills include dribbling, passing, shooting, footwork, defense, offense and game rules. Held at Geneva Park District Persinger Recreation Center.

Learn the game of football and positive sportsmanship in this safe football league. Each participant will be evaluated on the first day in order to form balanced teams. All Star Sports Instruction will provide the head coaches, if parents would like to help out, please notify staff on the first day of practice. Games will be played in a format that gives each player a chance to play the line, be a receiver and play backfield. Held at Geneva Park District Peck Farm Park.

Through creative expression taught by a Certified Professional Life Coach in an incredibly fun workshop, kids will have the chance to cultivate self-worth and won't even realize they are working on self-esteem. Self-esteem is how you believe about yourself, how you can handle life everyday, and that you have talents to offer the world. Interactive self-esteem booster games will be executed like Lollipop Marathon, Balloon Bust, Pinata-Palooza, Money Madness, and Radio Broadcast. Don't be surprised there is a bit more 'pep in their step' after this workshop.
