The IFA just released the report commissioned from PriceWaterhouseCooper that looks at the economic outlook for franchising in 2011. It's shaping up to be a great year!
- The number of direct jobs is expected to grow 2.5%, creating 194,000 new jobs
- The number of franchise establishments will grow 2.5%, adding 19,079 new locations
- The gross value of goods and services produced by franchised businesses is projected to grow 4.7% which equates to $33.3 Billion in additional economic output
