Olde Towne Carriages' plans for a new facility at 631 Lafayette Blvd. that would include both a storage/loading area for the business' carriages and upper-level residential will be before Fredericksburg's Board of Zoning Appeals for a zoning variance Monday.
The restaurant, which will be operated by the owners of Umi, is expected to open in the coming months at 1005 Princess Anne St. A significant renovation is under way.
