If you love cheese, but are ready to expand your horizons, this class is for you! We're moving beyond brie, cheddar and swiss and taking you to faraway, exciting galaxies of flavor! In this class, we'll try cow, sheep and goat's milk cheeses with more complex and interesting flavor profiles. We'll try cheeses with some very special ingredients, created by the true cheese artisans of the world!
