One of the most important roles of a non-medically trained provider is to monitor patient's side effects of medications.

Variables that affect individual responses to medications include age, body size, diet, habits, etc.

Common side effects of SSRIs include constipation, insomnia, and dry mouth.

Back to School

Kids
The beginning of the school year can be an exciting as well as a stressful time for children. There are several steps we can take to support children as they start the new school year.

Healthy food
and beverages along with quality sleep are necessities

Mental health
is just as important as
physical health

Begin a back to school routine
at least two weeks
prior to school starting

Encourage your child
to be involved in
school activities

Spend some time each day talking to your child about what occurred in school
