MS Society Stair Climb
66 Flights to the Top Of The Rock!
 
  
 

I would like to ask you for your support of our next fundraising event, the MS Stair Climb. On March 4th we'll be climbing 66 flights of stairs to the Top of The Rock. We've assembled a killer team with very strong legs. We'll do you proud and hope to take home again the prizes for fastest participants!

I'm posting our stair climbing training sessions on the class schedule, so keep checking back if you'd like to join us or join our team!

About Ariane Hundt

Ariane Hundt holds the title of 'Head of Butt Kicking Operations' for good reason. Whether performing wall squats right along with the boot campers on the bridge, sweating through her own intense workouts during Slim & Strong, or lunging her way through Central Park, she is a force to be reckoned with. Ariane's love of New York City, combined with her passion for fitness and nutrition, are the inspirations behind the Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp, which she built from the ground up. Today, it is often referred to as "New York City's toughest workout.

Ariane is a certified personal trainer and holds a master's degree in nutrition. She promotes wellness through her unique training techniques, and takes a holistic approach to fitness.

Ariane has been featured on NBC, Fox 5 News, ABC News, CW11, the British GMTV Morning News, various German TV stations and magazines, in The New York Times, and Women's Health as the creator of the Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp. She also provides expert advice on fitness and nutrition to outlets such as MSN Health, Life & Style, the Hartford Courant, Martha Stewart Living, and the Chicago Tribune, among others.

Ariane believes in strong bodies and sound minds, and helps her clients achieve these by promoting a healthy lifestyle that consists of balanced nutrition, effective exercise, and a positive sense of self. Ariane stays away from quick fixes and fads, and instead endorses a clean, healthy diet and lifestyle. She specializes in fat loss and health conditioning and draws from a diverse background in physical fitness, nutrition, preventative care, hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

While her outlook on fitness and exercise may be very Zen, do not expect to be singing folk songs around a campfire with this one any time soon. Ariane is tough enough that your well-worked muscles won't know what happened to them, but making the momentary pain well worth it. Her 'shared struggles' approach to working out (she performs the sets with the boot campers) tricks your mind and body into recognizing discomfort as a good thing.
