See our Teens page for additional August programs!

"Summer Sounds" Free Concerts

Our free outdoor concert series featuring local musicians continues in August with a great variety of family-friendly musical sounds - from folk to rock, and acoustic to a barber shop quartet! Concerts will run each Wednesday evening in the Winter Street courtyard from 6 - 7 PM. In case of rain, concerts take place in the Sohier Room on the ground floor of the main library. Come celebrate the best days of summer with us.

August Art: Paintings by Tony Constantino

This month, the main library is hosting an exhibit of paintings by Beverly resident Anthony O. Constantino. Anthony is a writer, poet, sculptor, painter and retired hypno-therapist. Noted for its bold colors, Anthony's style ranges from representational to quasi-abstract. The exhibit is free, and open to the public during regular library hours when library programs or meetings are not in progress.
