I hope you're enjoying February - it's certainly bringing fast-moving change which can feel exhilarating or scary, depending on how you look at it.
The 10th and 11th Feb have brought
a lunar eclipse, a full moon and a comet so if you need to rest more than usual to integrate the changing frequencies, please be gentle with yourself.
We're burning though our shadow at the moment so be prepared for things to fall away perhaps quite unexpectedly, while knowing that something far better will take its place.

The word gratitude can have an undercurrent of feeling 'less than' or undeserving - that you're somehow lucky to be receiving good things.
Being thankful and appreciative, on the other hand, are frequencies which come from a place of high self-worth and positive expectation. So, as she says, a daily exercise of feeling thankful is a wonderful practice.
