Discover balance, strength and a deep sense of serenity in Tai Chi. Weekly drop-in Tai Chi classes are offered on Wednesdays 10:45a and newcomers are welcome! An Introduction to Tai Chi on Saturday 9/24 at 2:15p is another great place to start to cover principles of practice, Qigong, silk reeling and formwork.

Enjoy affordable and effective semi-private training on the Pilates equipment (reformer, chair and tower) with these small-group classes.
