The hospitals of Morton Plant Mease are hosting a FREE presentation open to members of our community on the subject of communicating your wishes about future medical care.  Join us on September 30th to hear about this important topic.

 

Advance Care Planning  -  Your Wishes Matter

 

Join Ray Moseley, PhD, a professor of Bioethics, Law and Medical Professionalism at the University of Florida, for an informational seminar on advance care planning. Get tips on how to talk to your loved ones about your choices. Learn how to select a health care surrogate. Find out when a living will goes into effect. Help insure your wishes are followed, even when you can't speak for yourself. Attendees will be assisted in completing living wills and health care surrogate forms.
