New Membership Committee Seeks Volunteers

The revised 4Cs Constitution established a new officer, Membership Officer, and standing committee, the Membership Committee. The Committee is responsible for promoting union membership and handling non-contractual matters (membership conferences, promoting relationships with other professional organizations, etc).

Jonathan Morris (MCC) was elected the Membership Officer and he is seeking volunteers for the Committee. As a BRAND NEW Committee, YOU can help shape its mission. Interested in promoting volunteerism in our community? Think there are information gaps that need to be fixed? Want to help reach out to new members? Help us by joining the committee and sharing your thoughts! We would prefer to have at least one member from each campus volunteer. This committee is expected to meet once over the summer and once a semester.

This is a great time to get involved in the 4Cs! We have new officers and contract negotiations are approaching. If you are interested in volunteering, please email Ellen Benson.
