Freshman Preparedness Survey
Greetings Parents of Park Junior High School Alumni,

As a learning organization, we are always looking for ways we can improve our students' experience. One way to discover how we can better serve our students is to simply ask them. As such, we have worked with the Lyons Township High School and the associate school districts to create a Ninth Grade Preparedness Survey. The goal of this survey is to discover how well prepared our graduates feel they are for the challenge of high school.

Over the course of the next several weeks, all LTHS freshmen will be asked to take a short survey. The survey should take respondents about 15 minutes to complete. Respondents will be asked to rank many of their middle school experiences from poor to great on a four point scale. We will also ask students a series of open ended questions to best understand their experience.

We ask that you please forward this email to your child and also ask him/her to be on the lookout for the Ninth Grade Preparedness Survey - a link to the survey will be posted to students' Canvas pages at school or students can click the link below. Each student should take the survey only one time and can do so from any internet enabled device (e.g. computer, tablet, smart phone).

The data we receive from this survey will help us to improve the student experience and assist us in program improvements. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly.
