Homecoming Football Game/Future Saints Night Tonight!
Tonight: Everyone is invited to attend the Homecoming Football Game at 7:00 p.m. at Portola High School Stadium. Free admission for prospective families and alumni. Free Saints dri-fit shirts for the first 100 prospective students.

Saturday : Homecoming Dance from 7:00-10:00 p.m. in the Event Center.
Parent Resource Showcase - September 18
This event will highlight the various partnerships the Crean Lutheran Student Services Department provides to families. Parents can attend up to five different presentations that will be offered in a classroom setting in Building A. Presenters include the With Hope Foundation, Irvine Police Department, California Youth Services, College Blueprint, and Crean Lutheran Learning Success Program.

Saints Got Talent - September 20
The Performing Arts Department is hosting a talent show on Thursday, September 20 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. in the Arts Quad. Parents and students are invited to watch a number of Saints showcase their God-given talents.
Northern California Overnight College Tour, Parent Meeting - September 25
The Counseling Department is planning an overnight college trip to Northern California during Easter Break, April 25-27, 2019. There is a parent information meeting on Tuesday, September 25 at 6:30 p.m. in room 207A. Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors have the opportunity to visit Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Westmont College, Stanford, and UC Berkeley. Click here to RSVP for the meeting.
Homecoming week consisted of decorated hallways, themed dress days, lunch festivities, a pep rally, and much more. Thank you to our Servant Leadership Team for coordinating a fantastic week of fun and fellowship!

On Tuesday, in honor of September 11, 2001, students placed and prayed over flags for the families of the fallen. May Jesus be our hope and comfort in times of sadness.
Alumnus Jackie Lari (Class of 2018) was named the Heartland Conference Girls Soccer Defensive Player of the Week on September 3. Jackie plays soccer at Newman University.
Mrs. Johnston's AP English Literature class attended Sense and Sensibility at the South Coast Repertory on September 6.
