95th Anniversary Camporee
THIS JUST IN: We've added options for Day Campers and Day Visitors for the big celebration!
Day campers can join in the fun for just $10.00 per person. (Pre-registration required) Day campers will receive a patch and can participate in events and activities.
Visitors can join us for the day for just $5.00 per person. (Pre-registration required) Visitors will not receive an event patch and will not be able to participate in events or activities.

What? 95th Celebration Encampment - A Good Ol' Scouting County Fair!
When? October 19- 21, 2018
Cub Scout Packs, Boy Scout Troops, Venture Crews, Explorer Posts..... ALL of our Tuscarora Scouting Units and Branches!
Come out and join the Tuscarora Council in celebrating what is sure to be a monumental weekend! We have put together an amazing, not-to-miss, fun-filled weekend for Scouts and Scouters of all ages to enjoy.
Along with a thorough historic expo on all things Tuscarora, there will be a midway full of many competitions and games for units to participate in throughout the weekend to make the Scouting Spirit come alive! There will also be expos that focus on key Scout skills, a cook-off, and much more!!
Event registration forms will be released next week in time for Roundtables, so please be sure not to miss out on this monumental event and pre-register to reserve your place in Tuscarora Council history!
Also, a fully detailed information packet on all event areas and competitions, Camp Tuscarora policies, event schedule, and more will be released in the coming months, be on the look out for this guide which will be your unit's ultimate ticket to the Scouting County Fair.
*Due to the anticipated attendance for the event, early registration is highly recommended.

Saturday, June 2, 2018 - Sunday, June 3, 2018
9:00a. Saturday - 8:00a. Sunday. (Eat breakfast before you arrive on Saturday and wear work clothes please)
EVERYONE is welcome and encouraged to come out and help! We appreciate any amount of time and assistance you can provide.
ATTENTION OA LODGE MEMBERS: This will now be an overnight service opportunity for the Lodge. Camp needs our attention and the Lodge can focus lots of service hours to camp over the course of 24 hours.
Lunch will provided for everyone who comes out to participate in work day, and dinner will be provided for our OA brothers staying overnight.
There is no charge for meals, HOWEVER, in keeping with
being thrifty and never wasteful a headcount is required!
If you will be attending Camp Work Day Overnighter,
please send a reply with your headcount for meals no later than Wednesday, May 30th at noon.

The Wizarding World of Scouting - Owls Are On Their Way!
This year's "Wizarding World of Scouting" themed Cub Scout Day Camps will be filled with FUN and exciting outdoor educational opportunities that provide rich environments with positive role models for our Cub Scouts.

at Old Waynesborough Park in Goldsboro, NC

- 1) $55/Scout (and sibling) - the camp fee includes lunch ALL 3 DAYS, T-shirt, supplies and patch for each Cub Scout or sibling;
Adults can order a Cub Scout Day Camp T-shirt for $12.00.
Family Day - You can register your entire family for Family Day on Saturday for only $10! This includes lunch and program supplies!

Assembly for Registration at the Flag Pole
Fishing runs from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
* Concessions on site all day! Hot dogs, drinks, chips,etc.
$8.00 per Cub Scout ($10.00 after May 10th)
Items You'll Need to Bring:
* A Cub Scout AND a Parent/Guardian
* Fishing Pole (Rod & reel, cane pole, etc.)
* Bait (Live bait only! No artificial lures)
* A Bucket or small cooler to transport fish to the weighing station
* Cub Scout Spirit
- Live bait only
- Fishing from bank only - NO BOATS, NO FISHING AT MILL CREEK
- Only the fish caught by Cub Scouts count towards competition, no fish caught by adults will be counted in the competition.
- Each youth participant must be under the direct supervision of an adult at all times.
