DMC Oncology/Hematology Department Ribbon Cutting Ceremony ~ Thanks to all who attended! We appreciate your continued support in the hospital and the services we provide. We are proud to be partnering with HCA out of Waycross in order to provide Oncology and Hematology services to Ben Hill and surrounding counties.

Fat Daddy's Grill will be closed Thursday and Friday, February 22 and 23, for renovations. We hope this doesn't inconvenience any of our valued customers.

We are improving some of our equipment in the kitchen as well as our buffet serving tables. These improvements will help the Fat Daddy's Buffet and Grill Team be able to provide even better food service for our restaurant patrons.

Thank you for your business and for your patience during our short downtime. We will reopen on Sunday, February 25, for our Sunday lunch buffet served from 11 AM until 2 PM.

Fitzgerald High School will be having registration for students currently in grades 9 through 11 on Tuesday, February 27th, from 3:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Parents are encouraged to bring their student to discuss their classes for the 2018-2019 school year. Students have completed their Academic Plans in Infinite Campus. If you would like, you can preview these before you attend the registration. PLANT TRUCK has arrived @ G and L Quality Boer!

Bring your lawn chairs and put on your dancing shoes! The Bushmen Street Dance, hosted by the Fitzgerald-Ben Hill Arts Council, is returning to kick off the Wild Chicken Festival on Friday, March 16, from 7 to 10 p.m. The Bushmen will be performing in the White Swan parking lot behind Nabila's restaurant in Fitzgerald. This concert is admission-free, but you can reserve a table with eight chairs at a low price of just $125 for Arts Council members and $150 for non-members by calling the Carnegie Center at 426-5035.

There are a limited number of tables and they must be reserved and paid for prior to the event.
