Dorminy Medical Center is committed to providing excellent patient care. We appreciate hearing from you so we can continue to improve and provide the best care possible for you and your family. The testimonial below was given to us by a Wild Chicken Festival vendor who had to utilize our hospital services during the 2016 festival. Mr. Sikes shared his testimonial with Holley Lee, Community Relations Director for DMC, during the 2017 Wild Chicken Festival. He wanted to make s ure that we knew how pleased he was with the care he received last year.

Thankful to everyone who helped (March 18, 2017)

Thank you to the EMTs who responded quickly when I fell and injured myself last year at the 2016 Wild Chicken Festival. Melinda and I have been a vendor at the festival for several years. Saturday evening when breaking down our tent, I tripped and took a nasty fall. I was transported by ambulance to Dorminy Medical Center where I received excellent care throughout my stay. I ended up with broken ribs and other injuries which kept me there for almost a week. We would like to thank all hospital staff for their dedicated care. The staff also checked on Melinda to make sure she was ok during that week. We sincerely appreciate everything you did for us. The quality of care that I received at Dorminy Medical Center was the best I have ever received.

Thank you!

    WILL THIS SIXTEEN BE SWEET?

  • In the spirit of the exciting NCAA college basketball tournament, we have compiled our "Sweet 16" for the markets.
  • We have identified 16 keys for stocks - many of them policy related - for the rest of 2017 and assessed their implications for the market.
  • While the policy path is uncertain, we believe stocks have the potential to deliver solid gains in 2017.
