B.J. and Martin Dubruijn moved to Fitzgerald in 2018. They brought their home via the internet, site unseen, town unseen and not knowing anyone in the area. They moved form the Caribean after a nasty Hurricane in September 2017. B.J. is an interior designer and stylist for homes and businesses. She also makes custom designed shell mirrors and furniture. She is a photographer.

The Fitzgerald-Ben Hill Co. Chamber of Commerce's Women's Business Network met on Thursday, September 6, 2018. Patty Stoltenberg was the guest speaker and spoke on her collection of glass. Her collection will be on display at the Carnegie starting in October through December.

The next meeting is scheduled for October 4, 2018 - 12 noon

We will have tickets available at the Chamber till 4:30 p.m. on Friday, September 7th. You can purchase tickets at the Grand Theatre on Saturday, September 8th.

DMC Auxiliary (Pink Ladies) are accepting donations of good used fiction or devotional PAPERBACK books. Money received from the sale of these books is used for our annual $500 Scholarship. Books may be dropped off in the gift shop at DMC. REMEMBER...PAPERBACK books only!!! Thank you!
