It's not unusual for us to receive phone calls from MA gun owners who are looking for guidance and are not members of GOAL.

Often times they ask "why should I join GOAL?"   The answer is simple: "our answering of your phone call and question is made possible by GOAL members".

We are more than just a resource though, we continually work to protect & restore Second Amendment freedom, we support many education efforts including our full training schedule and we proudly represent the interests of all law abiding gun owners.

H. 736 seeks to heighten awareness of self-defense choices to prevent domestic violence and the legal protection of victims. H.2492 will legalize stun guns in the Commonwealth. Women Continue Finding Success, Safety and Self in the Shooting Sports

Women in the United States continue to join in the shooting sports at increasing numbers, proving that firearms culture isn’t just a boy’s club, but a way of life for everyone.

For nearly a decade, the number of females participating in shooting sports has increased in nearly every category, including hunting, target shooting and muzzleloading.

These aren’t a handful of extra women picking up guns and bows, but rather thousands of females learning new skills, taking up time-honored traditions, entering the competitive field, and investing in their self-defense through shooting.

FBI Report on Alexandria Quietly Debunks the Gun-Controllers’ Talking Points

The FBI has published a brief report on the shooting in Alexandria. It is devastating to the idea that the gun-control measures presently coveted by the Democratic party would have done something to prevent the attack.

Over the past two decades, Democrats have focused on three major proposals for reform. They are: 1) That all private transfers should be contingent upon a federal background check; 2) That firearms that look a certain way should be classed as “assault weapons” and prohibited from sale; and 3) That civilians should be forbidden from buying magazines that hold more than 10 rounds. None of these proposals intersect with what happened in Alexandria.

Gun Controllers Know Their Policies Won’t Stop Murder. They’re Playing A Different Game

Had gun controllers’ proposed rules been in place, they would not have prevented America’s recent high-profile mass shootings.

But our Second Amendment rights are too precious and hard-won to allow them to be chipped away by slow and deliberate political strikes. Every worthless gun law passed today will give way to a slightly more restrictive law several years from now, then one more after that, and another after that. Gun controllers are welcome to play this game, of course. But we should be prepared to head them off as early as possible. They understand the stakes, and they understand how to get what they want. So should we.
