Healey's office continues to stall

December 16, 2016

Look for a release from GOAL about this early next week.

On December 2, 2016 AG Healey's office responded to a letter from GOAL's attorney, stating, "we should be able to finalize our response to your request within the next two weeks".

Bear in mind, that they have unlawfully failed to produce documents for over three months, (see image of clock above, which can be found on goal.org).

GOAL will have a release about Healey's unlawful actions early next week. Stay tuned.

The Marijuana Problem

The federal government and states need to align regarding legalized marijuana.

Over the last decade we’ve witnessed state after state vote to legalize marijuana in some form or another. At current count, Washington DC and 28 states, including Massachusetts have voted to legalize weed.

This sets a dangerous precedent for law abiding gun owners.

The ATF has an intriguing question on their form 4473, which must be filled out truthfully any time a firearm is purchased or transferred from a dealer.

Last year we documented numerous attacks on our Second Amendment and legal hunting at the local, city-town level. These were devious and well organized, many shared the same language and went after the same thing, notably legal discharge on private property, or legal carry on public/town lands. The anti freedom crowd, thinking they had found an area to exploit, attempted to take advantage, filing articles to pass bylaws at the town level.

GOAL 2017 Training Schedule

Our 2017 training schedule includes new courses and lots of great training to choose from!

GOAL's 2017 training schedule is posted online and features new courses including the Intro to Concealed Carry Pistol (mentioned above), our new MA Gun License training course which replaces the basic pistol course of old, and a great class for revolver aficionados, Short Barreled Revolver Skills.
