Chamber forms Member Advocacy Committee
Your Chamber Board of Directors has recently formed a Member Advocacy Committee, to review and discuss municipal, state and federal public policy items affecting our members. The committee will periodically issue informational briefings for our membership to help understand pros and cons of a particular issue, and may selectively recommend that our board issue a public position statement on an issue of importance to our membership. Generally, issues to be considered by this committee need to have a current or potential impact to members in multiple communities in our Chamber territory. If you have an issue that you would like to bring to the committee's attention for review, please contact our Executive Director, Tom Peaco at 596-0376 or [email protected].
