Join Us for a Fun Weekend at Studio Yoga
Daylight Savings time started and our sleep patterns are slowly coming into balance. If you need some extra rest come to the Restorative Yoga this Saturday at 1:45 pm. Restorative Yoga helps your body relax and nourish itself.
Spring is coming, let your social butterfly come out. This Friday, March 16, join us for Yoga Flicks at Studio Yoga. The movie starts at 7:30 pm featuring "Y Yoga: an American Yoga Journey." Then on Saturday let your vocal cords loose and join us for Sunset Kirtan with Laksmi Nrsimha das at 5:30 pm. On Sunday come and buggie with us as we launch, The Green Light Performance Series presenting the Allamuchy Sheiks Jug Band at 3:00 pm.
Some Notes
We recommend that you book your classes in advance, so that in the case of cancellation we may notify you. Also please remember to stop by our office and sign in before going to class. This helps us keep accurate records. We are always striving to serve you better and we welcome your input.
In February we launched PERKVILLE, a customer rewards programs which gives you points every time that you go to class. As points add up you can claim prizes such as free classes, free props and other things. Let us know what you think of this program.
Our website has undergone a makeover, and we thank you for your patience. Class information can be found under "classes." All upcoming workshops and intensives can be found under "workshops." There is a new section called "info", where you can send us your questions or comments.
Just a reminder that Studio Yoga does not share your e-mail or information with anyone. The only place that may contact you are MindBody Online notifying you of class changes, Perkville which notifies you of receiving points for classes, and Constant Contact with our weekly updates. Billed as the "last of the psychedelic jug bands," the Allamuchy Sheiks play a mix of musical styles drawn from the rural and urban string bands of the American South popular during the 1920's and 30's. Accompanied by guitars, banjos, fiddles, mandolins, harmonics, bass, kazoo and washboard, their music is guaranteed to raise a smile.
