Feast and Fiction, Library Foundation
Fundraiser!
Join us Thur., April 20 at 6 p.m. at the beautiful and historic Bull Street Library for Feast and Fiction presented by the Live Oak Public Libraries Foundation, featuring cocktails, buffet dinner, music, silent auction.
Last year 5,250 students participated in the Summer Reading program, reading a total of 49,592 hours and 14,897 books! Eleven library branches participated in Summer Reading/Summer Feeding, providing more than 5,700 meals for income-eligible children at our libraries. Last year, Live Oak Public Libraries received more than 800,000 visits by library users, and more than 26,000 participated in the 2016 Savannah Children's Book Festival!
