Prayer for Peace
Swami Omkar
Adorable presence,
Thou who art within and without,
above and below and all around,
Thou who art interpenetrating
every cell of my being,
Thou who art the eye of my eyes,
the ear of my ears,
the heart of my heart,
the mind of my mind,
the breath of my breath,
the life of my life,
the soul of my soul,
Bless us, dear God, to be aware of thy presence
now and here.
May we all be aware of thy presence
in the East and the West,
in the North and the South.
May peace and good will abide among individuals,
communities, and nations.
This is my earnest prayer.
May peace be unto all!

Awaken Your Inner Mentor
Sunday, Nov 20 and Dec 4 Noon - 4:00 PM UNION/YOGA, Lake Leelanau, Michigan
A core of compassionate wisdom is always available to us, but too often in haste or neglect, we lose touch with this awakened center of pure heart/pure soul...
Join us for this two-part workshop and begin a powerful technique for reconnecting with this inner mentor - through yoga, meditation, writing and reflection. From the place within us of deepest grace, we will write the "Love Letter" our soul has always wanted to receive, and begin a technique that can truly open and deepen our channel to our inherent wisdom. All welcome.
Rabbi Chava Bahle and Sandra Carden, ERYT, will integrate guidance and gentle yoga with reflection and writing to assist in opening the chakras' unique wisdom, while allowing and sharing each individual learning process. Please bring a journal.
$88.00 per person
