The Annual Building Manager Meeting will be held on March 20th. We have a great list of speakers this year, including Provost Persis Drell.  Zone Management will send a calendar invite later this month.

 

The notice of custodial contract changes was sent to Building Managers in November. UG2 was selected because of their commitment to "build a family type relationship with both clients and staff". While the work order process for custodian support has stayed the same, there are new contacts for office staff.

Family Day is February 23-24, 2018. This annual event provides families a glimpse of their undergraduate student's life at Stanford. Take a moment and make sure your building(s) is ready for the two day event.

 

I love learning about interesting Stanford apps. 

Stanford art map  shows art and architecture on campus. It's fun to see where interesting items are located. I've used it for visitors during walks while at Stanford.
