Rachel Lenn is a Business Analyst with IHG. As part of the HeartBeat Programme team, Rachel oversees survey and customer experience efforts for over 5,000 hotels in the IHG family of brands worldwide. She creates valuable data and insights to support the Global Operations and Strategy team in making timely, data-driven business decisions. Prior to her time with IHG, Rachel worked in various sales, marketing, and analyst roles in the greater recreation and tourism industry.
She received her B.A. in Hospitality Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and her Masters in Recreation, Parks, Tourism, and Sport from North Carolina State University. Rachel is also a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) and serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Hospitality Management with Tidewater Community College.
