Among my favorite drivers growing up was the late, great 'Fireball' Roberts, one of the early stars of NASCAR. Jones scored 5 Grand Prix victories in 1980 - including the Canadian GP at Montreal and the United States Grand Prix at Watkins Glen. Jones also scored a victory in the non-Championship Spanish GP and t eammate Carlos Reutemann added to the Saudia Team Williams success with a victory in the wet 1980 Monaco Grand Prix.
