Georgia State University Graduate Working at Blue Heron

Amber Hughes started working as an intern at Blue Heron during the spring 2015 semester after she was assigned a service learning project in a public policy class (PMAP 3021).  She majored in Environmental Science and graduated this past May.  Find out about Amber's experience at Blue Heron here.

Atlanta Better Business Challenge 


The Atlanta Better Business Challenge is conducted by the City of Atlanta Mayor's Office of Sustainability in partnership with Central Atlanta Progress, Midtown Alliance and Livable Buckhead.  The goal of this annual challenge is to reduce energy and water consumption 20 percent in participating buildings across the city of Atlanta by 2020.
