Welcome new Raising Gentle'men
Advocate Steve Aguerrebere!
The Shelter is pleased to welcome new Raising Gentle’men Advocate Esteban (Steve) Aguerrebere.

Originally from Miami, Steve and his wife moved to Naples two years ago. He has a 21-year-old son, who currently serves in the U.S. Navy.

He says his interest in accepting the position as Raising Gentle’men Advocate stemmed from his personal commitment to stopping and preventing domestic violence.

The Rotary Club of Naples Bay has become a collaborative partner with The Shelter's, providing gym shoes for adults and children residing in emergency shelter. 
The Shelter recently announced that Paul Kallenberg has been named new general manager at The Shelter Options Shoppe. Paul is a GADV member and serves on the Tailgate Planning Committee. - Read about Paul

New Emergency Shelter
planned for Immokalee
To address a serious need for services in rural Eastern Collier County, The Shelter recently launched its Capital Campaign, RISE. This acronym  asks each of us to:
  • Respond to the need
  • Inspire others to join
  • Support the mission and
  • Empower survivors
