Our goal is for each GCA family to sell 5 Knox Co. Coupon Books so that we have a strong start to this year's GCA Fund. After considering suggestions made by parents and teachers last year, we have changed the process of purchasing and picking up coupon books. In efforts to make the purchase/pick-up of coupon books as convenient as possible,  ALL sales and distribution will take place at the drive-thru tents located in the  K-2 car line and the Upper School entrance circle. Finish STRONG for  Battle of the Bottles !

GCA is partnering with CAK to raise money for Hope Resource Center. Students were provided a baby bottle to fill with change and return to their homeroom teacher; there is NO LIMIT to the number of times the bottle can be filled!  Classes at each school level (LS, MS, US) with the most filled bottles returned will earn a Chick-fil-A breakfast AND a week of spirit wear dress code.  

All bottles must be returned by TOMORROW, Oct 4, at 10:00am. 
Class winners will be announced on Thursday, Oct 5th.

The Winterim experience affords GCA Upper School students an opportunity to "learn outside the walls of the traditional classroom." Students can travel, participate in internships, or take specialized courses. We are seeking the expertise of the entire GCA community to facilitate on-campus classes for Winterim 2018! If you have a skill or hobby that you would like to share with students, Winterim week is March 5-9, 2018. Check out the  Catalog of Courses  for classes that have been taught in the past. GCA will host a mini college fair for all 11th and 12th grade students during BTC time in the Grace Student Ministry building. We will host the following: University of Tennessee, East Tennessee State University, Moody Bible Institute, Bryan College, Boyce, Pellissippi State, University of the Cumberlands, Lee University and the Army.

This will be a time of Q&A about the college application process, Tennessee Promise, FAFSA and scholarship information.

A $500 referral tuition discount  is available for referring a new family to GCA! The new family must note the referring family's name  on their application, under "How did you hear about GCA...". (If there is more than one referring family listed on the application the discount will be divided among the referring families.) The new  student(s) must be accepted and attending GCA before the discount is guaranteed. The discount will be applied in May 2018 to the referring family's final tuition payment or a refund will be given if tuition has been paid if full.

The milestone is a culmination of victories amassed over the
years at stints with CAK, USJ and now as the Rams Coach
here at GCA. He hit the century mark this past Friday Night
vs. Happy Valley as he led your Mighty Rams
over the Warriors 27-19!
