Below is some important information on timing as well as parking. If you have ANY questions, please email Michelle Kohn.

Time of Events:

5:00-6:15pm - Cocktail Hour

6:15-6:30pm - Transition to Hyatt Regency Ballroom 

6:30-7:15pm - Annual Meeting, Awards and Installation

7:15pm - Dinner 

8:15pm - After Party in the VUE Ballroom at the Hyatt

Parking:

GMAR is paying for complimentary parking in the Isaacs Parking structure which is connected to the Hyatt Regency. This is the only lot that will have complimentary parking. If you arrive prior to 5pm and an attendant is not at the gate, please take a ticket and let us know at registration. We will give you a parking voucher for when you leave.

There are three entrances to the Isaacs Parking Structure:

1. Kilbourn Ave

2. 4th Street

3. Wells Street

If you are using your GPS: the address to the parking structure is 330 W. Wells Street, Milwaukee

For those who like visuals, here is a picture of the lot showing two of the entrances:

• Upon entrance, notify the parking attendant you are attending the GMAR Party.
• The attendant will give you a GMAR Holiday Party parking voucher.
• DO NOT lose/misplace this ticket.
• Park. Enjoy the party.
• Upon exit, enter the GMAR Holiday Party parking voucher into the yellow slot.
• Exit, and drive safely.
