Below is some important information on timing as well as parking. If you have ANY questions, please email Michelle Kohn.

Time of Events:

5:00 - 6:15 p.m. - Cocktail Hour 

6:15 - 6:30 p.m. - Transition to Hyatt Regency Ballroom 

6:30 - 7:15 p.m. - Annual Meeting, Awards and Installation

7:15 p.m. - Dinner ( We will have wine on your table for you to enjoy)

8:15 p.m. - After Party in the Atrium 

Parking:

GMAR is paying for complimentary parking in the Isaacs Parking structure which is connected to the Hyatt Regency. This is the only lot that will have complimentary parking. 

We will give you a parking voucher at registration for when you leave.

There are three entrances to the Isaacs Parking Structure:

1. Kilbourn Ave

2. 4th Street

3. Wells Street

If you are using your GPS: the address to the parking structure is 330 W. Wells Street, Milwaukee

For those who like visuals, here is a picture of the lot showing two of the entrances:

• Upon entrance, press the button with the arrow and ticket picture on it.
• DO NOT lose/misplace this ticket.
• Park. Enjoy the party.
• Grab a ticket voucher from the registration table when you check in with the GMAR staff.
• Upon exit, enter the ticket you have from entering FIRST.
• Enter the GMAR Holiday Party FOLLOW UP TICKET second.
• Exit.
• You must have/use the 2 ticket system to exit.
