GMAR TOY DRIVE FOR LA CAUSA CRISIS NURSERY
For the past several years, the Youth Foundation has donated its remaining funds to the La Causa Crisis Nursery. In addition, we also donate toys.
When the La Causa Crisis Nursery opened its doors a few years ago, they had a bounty of toys. However, they overlooked one thing: when the kids left the nursery, they wanted to take the toys they became attached to along with them. That created the ongoing need for toys.
These children come from homeless situations where parents may be in drug/alcohol treatment, evicted, or incarcerated.
Scott will convert his SUV into Santa's Sleigh and bring toys to La Causa on December 22nd. If you'd like to donate toys, please get them to the GMAR office by December 21. Please do not wrap them.
