Another fun and successful REALTOR & Government Day is in the books. Thanks to the many GMAR members who gave up the day to trek to Madison. Lawmakers took note of our impressive group and we were joined by many Legislators and staff at our Capitol Hill visits. MONTHLY MORTGAGE CONCEPTS FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS CLASSES
Thursday, February 15 at 10am at the GMAR Office
New for 2018! Cherry Creek Mortgage is partnering with the GMAR to offer monthly Mortgage Concepts for Real Estate Agents classes. Each individual class will be offered quarterly and they are for both new and experienced agents.
The 3 topics will cover appraisals, offers, and general underwriting/loan process. The next class is Thursday, February 15th at 10:00am and will feature an overview of the loan process from start to finish from the perspective of the lender AND client. As a lender, we sometimes notice that our borrowers will ask their Realtor some loan questions. We will equip you with the information you need to answer their questions and most importantly, help them understand the "why" behind some of those things they are being asked for!
