We saw GMR’s most recent email to stations. It is completely false. GMR dictated the price of its interim license, period.
More than that, this is precisely the kind of imperious, damn-the-facts monopoly arrogance that led us to file our antitrust lawsuit against GMR. It is the reason we will keep fighting that case until GMR learns, through the courts, that it does not have the right to dictate prices and terms to the entire radio industry.
