|Reminder: Fireworks Ban
The Woodlands Fire Department reminds all residents that The Woodlands Covenants strictly prohibit the sale or use of fireworks and sparklers of any kind. The drought has made our community even more susceptible to errant sparks that could severly damage buildings, houses and neighborhoods.
We sadly note that one of our board members, William Sargent, died on June 10th. He chaired the Bylaws Committee, and was head of our out-reach program to residents living in apartments, served on the Communications Committee and could always be counted on to volunteer at the many events the Grogan' s Mill Village Association participated in. He was a regular at the Farmer's Market. We will miss him and his dry sense of humor.
