Executive order extends license expiration dates
Gov. Andrew Cuomo recently signed Executive Order 202.11, extending any license issued by the Division of Licensing Services that expires after March 27 until April 16, 2021. All required continuing education must be completed on or before April 16, 2021. Please note: Licensees who submit a renewal after the expiration date printed on their license, but by April 16, 2021, will see a change in their license term dates upon renewal. However, the Department of State will maintain a record of the Executive Order extension and the license will be considered to have been continuous for this period.
