GSFA MCC Program Update - Lender Bulletin #17-0824

Target Area Census Tracts Updated

GSFA has updated the GSFA MCC Target Area Census Tract document, to reflect the current list provided in IRS IRB 2014-2 Rev. Proc. 2014-14.

The updated document is available online in the GSFA MCC Participant Guide .

MCC Promotion Extended

From now through December 31, 2017, GSFA will waive the application fee for any GSFA MCC reservation made in conjunction with the GSFA Platinum Program .

Promotional offer is applicable for GSFA MCC reservations made April 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017. Lender must provide GSFA Platinum Reservation Confirmation to GSFA along with the GSFA MCC Closing Package for promotion to be applied.
