Dear GW-CEPL Alumni and Friends,

What are the characteristics of a great leader? Leadership is not simply about title or position--it requires much more. How do you become a leader others not only respect, but also choose to follow?

Join us for our Emerging Leaders Workshop and learn  how you can support your growth and your team's development through these mini-modules:
  1. Stages of leadership contribution: Shifting to a mindset of contributing through others
  2. Conscious Leadership: Cultivating resilience through coaching skills
  3. Connecting the dots: A systems thinking approach to leading and managing organization
  4. Creating and sustaining an ethical decision making culture

This course is best suited if you are a new manager or plan to move into management within the next year. It is also aligned with the ten competencies, included in the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM's) Supervisory Qualification Guide , which reflect those considered as most important for successful performance of supervisory work.
